In the download area you will find a form that you can use to apply for a so-called "AVGS" (activation and placement voucher) from your job center/employment agency quickly, easily and simply by email. You can fill this out as a Word document and save it later. Then write an email to your job center and attach the completed application to the email. When the email is sent to the job center/employment agency, the application is legally valid.

Procedure for applying for and using your AVGS (education voucher): 1. If you have found a measure that meets your needs and meets the requirements of the AVGS, proceed as follows: 2. Contact the person responsible for the measure. He checks the specifications of your AVGS. If he can assure you that you will take part in the measure, you will receive a confirmation from him. 3. Now contact your placement specialist. This will check whether the measure will help you professionally. It also determines whether the conditions of the AVGS are met. If all the requirements are met, you will receive a notification of approval from your employment agency or your job center. This is a letter stating that you are allowed to participate in the measure. The provider of the measure will also be informed that your measure has been approved. You can then start the training measure.
